Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Pizza Hut. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that our food and service meet the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Food and Kitchen Management: Requisition food and kitchen supplies, train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, prepare budget and cost estimates, and address customers' complaints or concerns.
- Record Keeping: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare food order summaries for the chef.
- Team Supervision: Supervise and check assembly of trays, supervise and check delivery of food trolleys, and maintain knowledge of the establishment's culinary genres.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Permanent employment.
- English as the primary language of work.
- 30 hours per week.
