Job Title: Director of Transportation and Warehousing

Hunter Amenities International Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Transportation and Warehousing to join our Operations team. This key role will oversee the logistics, transportation, and warehouse activities within the company, ensuring the efficient movement, distribution, and storage of supplies, materials, and products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for logistics and warehouse management to drive business growth and efficiency.
  • Manage and optimize warehouse operations, including inventory management, shipping, and receiving.
  • Oversee transportation operations, including carrier negotiations, route optimization, and freight management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Manage and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure supply chain performance.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications such as Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or Certified in Logistics, Transportation and Distribution (CLTD) are highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
