We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Analyst to join our team at Electronic Arts. As a key member of our Infrastructure Cost Management team, you will play a critical role in aligning and driving strategic initiatives to improve our Infrastructure Cost Management processes.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with finance and technical teams to forecast infrastructure costs, build queries, and analyze data to support cost modeling, chargebacks, and cost allocations.
- Influence and support strategic decision-making by modeling business scenarios and tracking performance metrics.
- Provide deep insights into data and complex problems or situations using appropriate methodologies.
- Support initiatives to build scalable and automated systems to support ever-increasing forecast and shared cost allocation needs for clear and transparent tracking and reporting.
- Experienced business analyst with advanced data analysis, critical thinking, and process improvement capabilities, with a strong understanding of operations and financial management.
- Knowledge of cloud computing technologies, including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud, and understanding of Software as a Service (SaaS) business models.
- Experience managing enterprise-wide transformational changes and comfortable with evaluating and tackling complexities that come with change and understanding possible effects.
- Additional skills include project management abilities, which involve planning, initiating, implementing, and closing team-specific goals.
- FinOps certified practitioner or proficiency with FinOps operating framework.
