Event Operations Supervisor
  • Education: Completion of a college program or a diploma in hospitality management or a related field.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 to 3 years in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct evaluations of staff performance.
  • Oversee and manage inventory levels.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Provide recommendations for menu options.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues.
  • Plan, organize, direct, and assess daily operational activities.
