Job Summary

We are seeking dedicated Towing Truck Drivers to transport vehicles for our operations. You will be responsible for safely operating company vehicles, loading and verifying vehicles, collecting paperwork, obtaining signatures, and delivering vehicles to designated locations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Operate a company vehicle in a safe, courteous, and responsible manner, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
  • Follow DOT procedures for commercial vehicle operation.
  • Pick up vehicles from auctions or private parties and securely load them onto the truck.
  • Verify the condition of the truck and load, obtaining necessary paperwork and making accurate notations regarding each vehicle.
  • Work diligently to prevent damage to vehicles during loading and transportation.
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure accuracy in all tasks performed.
  • Perform other assigned duties as required.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Minimum of one year of commercial vehicle driving experience and/or certification from an accredited driving school.
  • Valid driver's license (Class A or B) with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to meet DOT testing and physical requirements.
  • Detail-oriented, accurate, and knowledgeable of DOT regulations.
  • Proficiency in basic math calculations, road map interpretation, and effective communication.
