Key Responsibilities:
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers and staff.
  • Supply Chain Management: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other essential supplies, ensuring the highest quality and best value for our business.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, ensuring that our restaurant runs efficiently and effectively.
  • Business Development: Identify opportunities to drive business growth, including negotiating with clients for catering or use of facilities.
  • Employee Support: Participate in government or community programs that support newcomers, refugees, youth employment, veterans, Indigenous people, and visible minorities.
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • 40 hours per week
