We are seeking a skilled Structural Steel Detailer to join our team at Glenmore Fabricators Ltd. As a key member of our fabrication team, you will be responsible for preparing engineering designs and drawings, estimating costs and materials, and examining drawings for conformity and errors.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare engineering designs and drawings using Tekla and other software
- Estimate costs and materials for fabrication projects
- Examine drawings for conformity and errors, ensuring high-quality output
- Collaborate with the fabrication team to ensure timely completion of projects
- Steel detailing Certification
- Drafting Trade Certification
- 3+ years of experience in steel detailing or a related field
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
