Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our Insurance Assessment team. As a key member of our Restoration Division, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional project management services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage large loss insurance claims and construction-related projects as a Building Consultant or Cost Consultant
- Provide outstanding communication and stakeholder management services to our clients
- Conduct on-site assessments, develop repair scopes, and monitor site activity to ensure successful project outcomes
- Develop and maintain a robust client pipeline, driving business development initiatives to support team growth and success
- Review building code compliance issues and provide recommendations to stakeholders
- Prepare and implement competitive tender packages for contractors and trades
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related activities, ensuring seamless communication with stakeholders and EllisDon management
- Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, delegating tasks as needed to ensure deliverables are met
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in restoration, insurance, or construction project management
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Construction, Project Management
- Certifications such as CIP, PQS, CIQS, RICS, CIP, PMP, CRM, or IICRC would be an asset
- Proficiency in Xactimate and Excel
- Ability to delegate tasks and ensure deliverables are met
