Drive Restoration Excellence

As a Senior Restoration Project Manager at EllisDon, you will lead the way in delivering exceptional restoration services to our clients. With a strong background in insurance assessment and construction project management, you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering services as a Building Consultant or Cost Consultant on large loss insurance claims and other construction-related projects
  • Providing excellent communication between our clients and project-related stakeholders
  • Assessing restoration measures onsite, developing scope of repairs, monitoring and reporting on site activity, and preparing budgets and other estimating exercises as required
  • Developing a robust client pipeline and driving prospective business development initiatives to ensure continued growth and success of the Project Advisory & Management team
  • Reviewing Building Code compliance issues and upgrade requirements with consultants and providing recommendations
  • Preparing and implementing competitive tender packages for contractors and trades
  • Serving as the main point of contact for all project-related activities for stakeholders as well as EllisDon management
  • Providing mentorship to other team members and delegating tasks as needed to ensure that deliverables are always met

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in the restoration, insurance, or construction project management industry is a strongly preferred asset
  • Bachelor's degree/diploma in Construction, Project Management
  • CIP, PQS, CIQS, RICS, CIP, PMP, CRM designations and/or various IICRC certifications would be an asset
  • Must have working knowledge of Xactimate and Excel
  • Ability to delegate tasks to internal team members and ensure deliverables are always met
