Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at 1332890 BC LTD. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise Staff: Lead and manage a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they meet their performance goals.
  • Hire and Train: Recruit, hire, and train new staff members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels, meet customer demands, and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Organize and Maintain Inventory: Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of merchandise, ensuring accurate inventory levels and minimizing stockouts or overstocking.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Setting: Retail service establishment in an urban area.
  • Area of Specialization: Retail store.
  • Transportation/Travel Information: Public transportation is available.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, client-focused, flexible, organized, and a team player.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail supervisory role.
