Position Overview: Senior Analyst, CTR Strategic Initiatives
The CTR Decision Support Analytics team is on the lookout for a Senior Analyst to deliver analytical expertise for CTR General Merchandising strategic projects. In this capacity, you will utilize your outstanding analytical abilities to assist cross-functional teams in making informed, data-driven choices. Your duties will encompass facilitating strategic initiatives, thoroughly assessing data, and articulating recommendations to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and construct data pipelines to streamline processes.
- Conduct comprehensive analyses of sales performance.
- Focus on continuous improvement of processes.
Qualifications:
- Post-secondary education in Business, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in analytical roles.
- Proficiency in data preparation, analysis, and statistical tools such as SQL, Power BI, Python, Knime, and Excel.
- Intermediate proficiency in Python and SQL.
- A strong enthusiasm for working with extensive and intricate datasets.
- A mindset characterized by curiosity and a desire for growth.
- Exceptional communication abilities.
- An interest in advanced analytics concepts, including machine learning.
