Job Title: Supply Chain Risk Analyst

Job Summary:

Lumentum is seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Risk Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our supply chain organization, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving our Business Continuity Plans, managing multiple risk programs and projects, and coordinating with internal and external teams to design and develop new systems, processes, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and improve current Business Continuity Plans to ensure the continuity of our supply chain operations.
  • Manage multiple risk programs and projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and effective risk mitigation.
  • Coordinate with internal and external teams to design and develop new systems, processes, and procedures to enhance supply chain resilience.
  • Support Third-Party Vendor Risk Management, including Rapid Ratings, Supply Risk Solutions, and Ariba.
  • Gather, explore, and research current industry trends to inform risk management strategies.
  • Monitor and measure Business Continuity Plan Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and suggest continuous improvements to the program.
  • Provide overall operations and supply chain support as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience with supply chain management is a plus, but not required.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Ability to work under tight deadlines with multiple deliverables.
  • Demonstrated ability to take ownership and drive projects to completion.
  • Ability to organize and manage effectively, and with high quality, a large quantity of ambiguous or complex work.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload based on importance and urgency.
  • Attention to quality and detail.
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Experience with Agile Product Lifecycle Management, Oracle R12, and/or Oracle reporting (OBIEE) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, MS Outlook, and Web applications.
