Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Delivery Experience Supervisor to join our team at Metro Supply Chain. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery experience and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit, train, and develop a team of delivery professionals to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service.
  • Review and optimize delivery routes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage the loadout process to ensure that all items are accurately loaded and delivered to customers.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as first-time on-time (FTOT) and net promoter score (NPS) to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including dispatch, call center, and claims, to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in a supervisory or logistics role.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience in a similar role within the logistics or supply chain industry.
