Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Dairy Queen Grill & Chill. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our food service operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining the high standards of our brand.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights into our operations.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on a regular basis, keeping management informed of key performance indicators.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Language: English.
Work Environment

Our team works in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring strong communication and interpersonal skills. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be required to stand for extended periods and walk frequently.
