We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Life Insurance Sales Representative to join our team at Marinkovski Insurance and Financial Services Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for establishing strong relationships with clients, educating them on our life insurance and living benefits products, and meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities- Client Acquisition and Retention: Establish personalized telephone contact with clients, create a climate of trust, and educate them on our products while adhering to our underwriting policies.
- Sales and Prospecting: Seize all sales opportunities, solicitations, and product offers to meet sales targets.
- Product Knowledge and Education: Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate clients about insurance options and provide expert advice on our products.
- Life Insurance Sales Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in life insurance sales is required.
- LLQP License: A valid LLQP license is mandatory.
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to relate to clients, communicate effectively, and work as a team.
- Self-Motivation and Problem-Solving: Strong work ethic, ability to problem-solve, and motivate others.
- Product and Sales Experience: A strong understanding of life insurance products and sales strategies is essential.
- Competitive Compensation: Base pay plus commission on life and living benefit sales.
