Drywall Installer Job Description

At Lincoln Interiors Ltd, we are seeking a skilled Drywall Installer to join our team. As a Drywall Installer, you will be responsible for installing drywall sheets, taping joints, and applying successive coats of compound to create smooth surfaces.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Measure, cut, and install drywall sheets to create smooth surfaces
  • Tape over joints using a taping machine and embed tape in compound
  • Apply successive coats of compound and sand seams and joints
  • Cut and install metal corner beads to protect exterior corners
  • Fabricate and install suspended metal ceiling grids and place in panels to form acoustical and coffered ceilings
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in drywall installation
  • Physically demanding work environment
  • Ability to work under pressure
Work Environment:

As a Drywall Installer, you will work on various construction sites, installing drywall sheets and creating smooth surfaces. You will be required to work in a dusty environment and be physically fit to perform the demands of the job.
