Role Overview: As the Lead Product Strategist, you will be pivotal in guiding product-related business decisions throughout the product life cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct discovery processes, including customer/user interviews, competitive analysis, and market gap assessments, to identify opportunities for expanding the RouteThis product suite.
  • Identify, validate, and prioritize product development initiatives, creating robust business cases as necessary.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UX, Engineering, Marketing, Experience) to develop and implement the product development and go-to-market strategy for key roadmap deliverables.
  • Establish and facilitate user groups to pinpoint experience gaps between design and development phases.
  • Own product success metrics (OKRs/KPIs) from ideation through development to launch and beyond, focusing on user experience and adoption metrics.

Accountability: You will be responsible for the comprehensive success of the strategy, delivery, and user experience for your products/product portfolio.
