Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Coordination
    • Assist with project planning, scheduling, and cost control to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
    • Review and analyze project plans, schedules, and budgets to identify potential issues and opportunities for improvement.
  • Drawings and Documentation
    • Review and verify drawings and documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
    • Update and maintain project documentation, including as-built drawings and deficiency logs.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including project managers, engineers, and craft personnel.
    • Collaborate with project teams to identify and resolve issues, and to implement process improvements.
  • Qualifications and Requirements
    • Pursuing a degree or diploma in engineering with a mechanical or civil major.
    • Strong desire to work in a construction environment, with prior field construction experience an asset.
    • Proficient in various computer software programs, including word processing, spreadsheet applications, and drafting.
    • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
    Working Conditions
    • Must be able to provide own CSA-approved steel-toed boots.
    • Must be willing to take and pass a Pre-Access Alcohol & Drug Test.
    • Must have access to a vehicle, as our fabrication facility is not easily accessible by public transportation.
