Head of Food and Beverage

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our food and beverage operations in the Okanagan Valley, BC. As Head of Food and Beverage, you will be responsible for coordinating, supervising, and directing all aspects of our restaurants in the resort.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the hiring, training, and development of team members to ensure exceptional service and high-quality food offerings.
  • Work closely with the Head Chefs to develop menus and control costs.
  • Prepare and approve monthly forecasting and reports, and assist in the development and implementation of the budget to maximize revenues.
  • Manage expenses to achieve maximum profitability, identifying and correcting inventory trends or COG issues.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a passion for delivering exceptional food and beverage experiences.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of direct work experience in a management capacity in a restaurant/resort setting.
  • Experience in managing multiple outlets and proven high-end food and beverage leadership experience.
  • Wine knowledge and fine dining management experience.
