Key Responsibilities:
  • Enhance sales to current customers
  • Discover and engage potential clients
  • Evaluate client requirements and resources to suggest suitable products or services
  • Develop reports and proposals that highlight the advantages of our offerings
  • Conduct sales presentations
  • Act as a representative for the company in import/export dealings
  • Manage sales agreements
  • Estimate pricing and contract conditions
  • Contribute insights into product development
  • Provide continuous support to customers
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities
  • Educate clients' personnel on product usage
  • Troubleshoot product and service challenges
  • Market and promote our products/services
  • Deliver outstanding customer service
  • Oversee the activities of technical sales specialists
