Job Title: Senior Bookkeeper

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Bookkeeper to join our team at CANADA ROYAL ACCOUNTING SERVICES INC.

Job Summary:

The Senior Bookkeeper will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  • Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Accounting Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, including GAAP and tax laws.
  • Payroll Administration: Prepare and process payroll, including calculating salaries, benefits, and taxes.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Work Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
  • Skills: ACCPAC, Accounting software, MS Excel, MS Windows, Quick Books, Simply Accounting, TaxPrep.
Work Environment:

The Senior Bookkeeper will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be required to work under pressure.
