We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Marketing Project Manager to join our team at Later. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of large-scale marketing projects.
Your primary focus will be on managing cross-functional projects, collaborating with various stakeholders, and ensuring smooth communication throughout the project lifecycle. You will work closely with designers, copywriters, product marketers, ad strategists, and other marketing team members to deliver high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
- Manage project scope, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure effective communication with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and refine project briefs, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives.
- Lead meetings and daily standups, ensuring team members are informed and aligned.
- Manage project progress, identify areas for improvement, and implement process enhancements.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including status reports and project plans.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong understanding of project management principles, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
- Experience with project management tools, including Asana and Notion.
