Operations Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team at Ontario Corp. As an Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, ensuring smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, and resolving work problems.
Key Responsibilities:- Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
- Ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
- Train workers in duties and policies
- Arrange training for staff
- Conduct performance reviews
- Co-ordinate, assign and review work
- Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies
- Organize and maintain inventory
- Establish work schedules and procedures
- Plan, organize and oversee operational logistics of the organization
Our work environment is fast-paced and requires attention to detail. You will work under pressure with tight deadlines and be expected to be organized and reliable.
Requirements:- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience
- College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Efficient interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
