Job Title: North America Distribution Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Distribution Director to lead our North America distribution operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a distribution strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a distribution strategy that optimizes our supply chain and logistics operations
  • Lead a team of distribution professionals to ensure efficient and effective distribution of our products
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Manage and optimize our distribution network to reduce costs and improve service levels
  • Develop and maintain relationships with our 3PL partners to ensure seamless execution of our distribution strategy
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in distribution management, preferably in the automotive or consumer goods industry
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful distribution strategies
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of professionals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field
