Data Integrity Manager Job Description

AABB Schweiz AG is seeking a highly skilled Data Integrity Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and security of ABB ELIP product data across various systems, including ERP and channel partner's e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain product master data, ensuring accuracy of key information such as product dimensions, specifications, and attributes in ERP and e-commerce systems.
  • Oversee day-to-day data integrity processes, including data entry, validation, and updates to ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
  • Develop, implement, and enforce data governance policies, standards, and procedures to maintain the accuracy and security of product data across systems.
  • Collaborate with distributors to support and improve e-commerce strategies through accurate and reliable product data.
  • Work closely with IT teams and external vendors to manage system integrations, resolve data-related issues, and implement enhancements to data systems.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in data management, preferably within the manufacturing or distribution industry and experience working with e-commerce platforms and supporting distributor integrations.
  • Strong communication, understanding of ERP systems (SAP Torque experience required) and relationship-building skills in French and English.
  • Proven ability to implement and enforce data governance policies and improve data processes.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and leadership experience with direct reports, including training and mentoring team members.
