Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Merchandising Associate to join our team at The Home Depot of Canada Inc. As a Merchandising Associate, you will play a critical role in enhancing the customer experience, increasing sales, and maximizing inventory turns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and maintain a visually appealing store environment by ensuring shelves, signage, and products are properly displayed and stocked.
  • Build and maintain display material and signage to effectively communicate product information and promotions.
  • Process price changes and labeling to ensure accurate pricing and inventory management.
  • Stock merchandise and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with coworkers and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in retail merchandising or a related field is an asset.
  • Basic computer skills with knowledge of web-based applications.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment with a focus on achieving goals.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Physical ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods, with occasional use of ladders.
