Associate (Hybrid) - Wealth Management

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Associate to join our Wealth Management team in a hybrid role. As an Associate, you will play a key role in supporting our investment advisors in delivering exceptional client service and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of their queries and concerns.
- Analyze client accounts to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to support investment advisors in their business development.
- Coordinate advisors' agendas, schedule appointments, and prepare clients for meetings.
- Ensure adherence to compliance and risk management rules, maintaining a high level of integrity and professionalism in all interactions.
National Bank Financial - Wealth Management is a leading mutual funds brokerage firm in Canada, with a strong presence in the market. Our team of close to 1,000 investment advisors manages the assets of over 400,000 clients across 100 branches. As an Associate, you will work closely with an investment advisor to deliver an exceptional client experience, leveraging your skills and expertise to drive business growth and success.

Requirements- College diploma in a related field.
- At least one year of relevant experience in a related field, such as banking operations, customer service, or administration.
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
- Organizational and priority management skills.
French is the primary language of communication in this role.
