  • Office Operations: Ensure the smooth operation of our office, including managing supplies, maintaining equipment, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with our team, clients, and vendors, both verbally and in writing.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
