About This Opportunity

Canadian Base Operators is seeking a highly skilled Air Traffic Controller to join our team in Southport, MB. As a key member of our ATS team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient movement of aircraft.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate air traffic control systems to ensure compliance with Transport Canada regulations.
  • Provide clear and concise instructions to pilots, including landing and takeoff clearances, taxiing instructions, and weather updates.
  • Monitor and respond to radio calls from arriving and departing aircraft.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless airport operations.
  • Operate various types of equipment, including radios, telephones, and computer systems.
Requirements
  • Grade 12 Diploma
  • Completion of NAV Canada training program or equivalent military training
  • 1-3 years of experience in the aviation industry
  • Restricted Radio Operator license
  • Valid ATC license with Tower endorsement
  • Category 1 or 2 medical certification
  • Enhanced Reliability Security Clearance
