About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Forklift Operator to join our team at CONQUR INDUSTRIES INC. as a Material Handling Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for operating a variety of equipment to load, unload, and move materials and products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and Maintain Equipment: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to move materials and products throughout the warehouse.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of stock levels.
  • Material Handling: Weigh materials and goods, and transport and distribute them to the correct locations within the warehouse.
  • Quality Control: Inspect materials and products for damage or defects, and report any issues to the relevant teams.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other warehouse staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Work Environment and Requirements
  • Work Conditions: This role is physically demanding and requires the ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
  • Physical Capabilities: The successful candidate will require good hand-eye coordination and the ability to lift and move heavy objects.
  • Work Schedule: The successful candidate will be required to work a regular 32-hour week, with occasional overtime as required.
  • Language: English is the primary language spoken in the workplace.
