Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Oversee the activities of our food service staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management.
- Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, addressing any complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, ensuring that our inventory levels are optimized at all times.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales, customer feedback, and operational performance, providing insights to inform business decisions.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
- Experience: 1-6 months of experience in a food service or restaurant management role, or equivalent experience.
- Language: Fluency in English is required.
As a Food Service Supervisor at Chatime Vaughan Mills, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a team of 3-4 people. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work in a dynamic environment.
