Our company is seeking a dedicated and results-oriented leader to fill the position of Head of Human Resources, Benefits, and Compensation Services.

In this role, you will oversee the activities related to the Human Resources Service Center, acting as the primary point of contact for employees regarding all HR service requests. You will also manage employee benefits and compensation activities, ensuring efficient operations and a positive employee experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement an operational plan to effectively manage the demands of the HR service center.
  • Oversee work organization, employee contributions, and service performance, ensuring high-quality delivery.
  • Monitor operations through various reports and dashboards, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Document work processes and procedures to ensure clarity and consistency across the team.
  • Collaborate with other HR services to enhance recruitment and compensation processes, contributing to a streamlined employee lifecycle.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement necessary changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Propose strategies to elevate customer service and the overall employee experience.
  • Participate in sector improvement projects and technology deployments, staying abreast of industry best practices.
  • Ensure the effective use of the HR information system, maximizing its potential for data management and reporting.
  • Manage human, financial, and material resources within budget constraints, demonstrating sound fiscal responsibility.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations, Law, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR management, with a focus on benefits and compensation.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare administration and HR practices within large organizations.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience in multi-mission facility mergers.
  • Membership in a relevant professional order.
