Key Responsibilities- Prepare patients for dental examinations and ensure they are comfortable and relaxed throughout the process.
- Supervise dental assistants in their healthcare functions, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Order dental and office supplies to maintain a well-stocked and efficient dental practice.
- Perform administrative functions for the dental laboratory, including scheduling and confirming appointments.
- Prepare dental instruments and filling materials for use during procedures.
- Maintain and order supplies to ensure a clean and organized dental environment.
- Perform reception and clerical duties, including answering phones and responding to patient inquiries.
- Sterilize and maintain instruments and equipment to prevent infection and ensure patient safety.
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and provide guidance on maintaining good oral health.
- Record dental procedures performed on patients, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience in a dental setting is an asset, but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with patients and dental team members.
- Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing priorities and situations.
- Dependability and ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Free parking available for employees.

- Permanent full-time position with 40 hours per week.
