Job Title: Transportation Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transportation Coordinator to join our team at Olymel s.e.c / l.p. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for coordinating the operational logistics of our organization, ensuring the smooth flow of goods and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Compile and process orders and instructions received from customers
  • Oversee the operational logistics of the organization, including scheduling and dispatching personnel
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on operational performance
  • Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries
  • Co-ordinate, assign and review work to ensure timely completion and high quality
  • Dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders
  • Follow-up on issues with work orders and resolve any discrepancies
  • Schedule assignments and co-ordinate activities of vehicle operators, crews and equipment
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operations
  • Prepare and track work orders to ensure timely completion
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • No degree, certificate or diploma required
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
