Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years in a supervisory role within a spa or wellness environment
Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and schedule daily operations to optimize staff productivity
  • Coordinate maintenance and repair tasks to ensure equipment is in top condition
  • Provide assistance to clients with special requirements
  • Act as the primary contact for emergency situations
  • Oversee the operation of computer systems and machinery
  • Monitor service quality and production metrics
  • Manage the cleaning of specialized and challenging items
  • Order necessary materials, equipment, and supplies
  • Troubleshoot work-related issues, offering technical guidance and suggestions for enhancing productivity and service quality
