Key Responsibilities- Co-ordination and Scheduling
Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operation of the hotel.
Work Scheduling and ProceduresEstablish and implement work schedules and procedures to optimize productivity and efficiency.
Reporting and AnalysisPrepare and submit regular reports to management on hotel operations, highlighting areas for improvement and suggesting solutions.
Problem-Solving and Technical AdviceResolve work-related problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
Client ServiceAssist clients/guests with special needs, ensuring that their requirements are met and exceeded.
Staff ManagementCo-ordinate, assign, and review work for staff members, providing guidance and support as needed.
Training and DevelopmentHire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
Equipment MaintenanceMaintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, arranging for repairs as necessary to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
Supply Chain ManagementRequisition materials and supplies as needed to maintain optimal hotel operations.
Requirements- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Permanent employment
- English language proficiency
- 30 to 40 hours per week
