Key Responsibilities- Troubleshoot, repair, inspect, and perform maintenance on customer aircraft, adhering to relevant manuals and regulations.
- Lead a team of aircraft maintenance technicians, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure seamless operations.
- Develop and implement maintenance plans, schedules, and procedures to optimize aircraft availability and minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, quality assurance, and supply chain, to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
- Conduct regular safety inspections, identify potential hazards, and implement corrective actions to maintain a safe working environment.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, regulatory changes, and best practices in aircraft maintenance, applying this knowledge to improve our operations and services.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in aircraft maintenance, with a strong background in troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of complex aircraft systems.
- 2+ years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving results.
- Engine Run & Taxi qualified on Bombardier aircraft or Delegated Inspector eligible.
- Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
