Lead Aircraft Maintenance Technician

Bombardier is seeking a highly skilled Lead Airframe and Powerplant Technician to join our team at the Hartford Service Center. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and inspecting customer aircraft to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities- Adhere to Bombardier's General Work Requirements and Environmental/Health/Safety policies and procedures.
- Troubleshoot, repair, install, inspect, and perform maintenance on customer aircraft.
- Perform and document work performed per appropriate manuals and regulations as required.
- Operate ground support equipment as required.
- Assist with maintenance at off-site locations.
- Train, coach, and support other employees.
- Minimum 8 years of aircraft maintenance work experience or substantiated equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2 years' corporate/commercial jet experience.
- Minimum 1 year Bombardier aircraft model experience.
- Engine Run & Taxi qualified on Bombardier Aircraft or Delegated Inspector eligible.
- Demonstrate leadership ability and planning/organization skills.
