Procurement Specialist

Permanent Position

Become a vital member of the Planning and Project Implementation Service, where you will engage in extensive tenders, specialized construction initiatives, and project design. In this capacity, you will collaborate with a legal and financial team to deliver outstanding service quality. Be part of a driven team in this rewarding endeavor.

Key Responsibilities:

Under the daily supervision of the Director of the Planning and Project Implementation Service (SPRP), and reporting administratively to the Procurement Service Director, you will liaise with various SPRP stakeholders to execute the complete procurement process in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. This includes formalizing and implementing the SPRP's internal administrative authorization procedures, from tender preparation to contract finalization.

Your role will involve optimal planning of SPRP publication timelines and ensuring interdepartmental coordination to meet internal approval requirements within designated timeframes for all projects. Additionally, you will oversee market approaches, monitor market trends, and inform the SPRP of any saturation or overheating, allowing for strategic repositioning if necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related discipline;
  • A minimum of eight (8) years of relevant experience in procurement management;
  • Experience in procurement management related to professional services and construction is advantageous.
