Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Convenience Store Cashier to join our team at Alaska Highway Rescue Ltd. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve any issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Cash Handling: Operate a cash register, process transactions, and handle customer payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, restock shelves, and perform other tasks as required.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Work Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail or customer service environment.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Availability: Availability to work 35 to 40 hours per week.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment.
  • Relocation: Willingness to relocate for this position.
