Job Description

At H&M Group, we're looking for a talented Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Actively greet and engage with customers to provide a personalized shopping experience
  • Support the maintenance of a neat and tidy sales floor to ensure a positive shopping experience
  • Unload delivery trucks, receive, and unpack merchandise, and label merchandise with security tags
  • Process, stock, and replenish garments on the sales floor and stock room
  • Ring up transactions, issue receipts, and fold and place merchandise in bags
  • Educate and promote our H&M Loyalty program to customers
  • Share knowledge and skills with colleagues to build a positive working environment
  • Work in accordance with H&M standards and local legislation to ensure customer and colleague safety
Requirements:
  • Possess a passion for customer service and helping people find their style
  • Be a multi-tasker who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
  • Be inclusive, positive, creative, and willing to learn on the job
  • Be a team player with a flexible approach
  • Have the ability to lift in excess of 20 pounds
  • Be able to stand for long periods of time, bend, stretch, and engage in repetitive motions
  • Be able to climb a ladder and use a step stool
  • Be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
