Position: Project Coordinator - Aerospace.Location: Abbotsford, BC.Salary: $65,000 - $95,000 per year (depending on experience & qualifications).Industry: Industrial / Aerospace / Project Coordinator.Employment Term: Fulltime / Permanent.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and enhance the lifecycle of projects related to material and equipment modifications.
  • Supervise material support activities across all phases of the managerial lifecycle, ensuring project goals are achieved and maintained.
  • Act as a technical authority in equipment and systems, utilizing principles of Life Cycle Management to facilitate activities.
  • Maintain, analyze, and report on IMS data to provide internal status updates to the Project Management Office (PMO).
  • Support the upkeep of mechanical systems and equipment, including spares, testing apparatus, specialized support tools, technical documentation, and safety protocols.
  • Execute additional duties as required.

Qualifications & Experience:
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in business or Project Management.
  • PMP Certification is a plus.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in scheduling, ideally within an industrial or aerospace context.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of adapting to shifting work demands and deadlines.
  • Demonstrated experience in conducting risk assessments and validating assumptions.
  • Advanced proficiency with MS Office Suite (including MS Project and Excel), ERP systems, and databases.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal & written.
