We are in search of a Principal Fullstack Solutions Architect who is acknowledged by peers, leaders, and stakeholders as a trusted advisor and proficient contributor.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and sustain applications utilizing React, Webpack, MySQL, and AWS infrastructure.
- Perform architectural tradeoff analysis and provide insights to enhance system design and efficiency.
- Identify, define, estimate, and prioritize technical initiatives for the team, aligning with business goals and technical viability.
- Assist in defining, sizing, and prioritizing product feature initiatives, ensuring alignment with technical and business needs.
- Support the team in troubleshooting cross-system issues, executing proof of concepts, and clarifying technical implementation details to improve solution clarity and functionality.
- A GitHub profile or links to open-source contributions are advantageous.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills to convey insights and expectations to clients, stakeholders, and colleagues, both locally and remotely.
Essential Qualifications:
- 7+ years of software delivery experience.
- B.S. or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong understanding of design principles and their influence on software comprehensibility, maintainability, performance, and availability.
- Experience articulating best practices for systematic and disciplined software development approaches, including requirements gathering, design, testing, debugging, and maintenance.
- Proficient in writing, analyzing, and debugging code across various programming languages.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities, with a solid grasp of data structures and algorithms.
- Comprehensive knowledge of computer networks, protocols, network security, and internet data transmission.
- A methodical approach to ensuring software privacy and security, including secure coding practices and threat mitigation strategies.
- Knowledge of when and how to utilize parallel and distributed computing.
- Proven ability to acquire new skills and technologies swiftly.
- Outstanding communication skills, capable of sharing insights and expectations with stakeholders, clients, team members, and management across multiple time zones.
- Ethical and pragmatic perspective on computational theory, considering automation, human involvement, and ethical boundaries.
- Commitment to integrating human-centered, universal design with empathy for user and developer experiences.
