We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Team Member to join our fast food establishment. This role involves overseeing daily operations, guiding a team, ensuring customer satisfaction, upholding food quality and safety standards, and enhancing operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor staff, organize work schedules, and provide constructive feedback on performance.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Deliver prompt and courteous service, addressing inquiries and resolving complaints effectively.
  • Food Safety and Quality: Uphold high standards of food safety, enforce health regulations, and conduct regular inspections.
  • Operational Management: Oversee inventory management, control operational costs, and optimize workflows.
  • Training and Development: Facilitate comprehensive training programs and encourage ongoing professional development.
  • Documentation: Prepare necessary paperwork, including production and quality reports.

Work Schedule:

  • 8-hour shifts
  • Day and evening shifts available
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability required

Position Type: Full-time, Permanent

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 6 months of experience in the Food & Beverage sector for candidates within Canada, and 3 years for those outside Canada
  • Minimum CLB 6 in English
  • Understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Familiarity with technology utilized in food service
