Assistant Dean of Education

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced individual to fill the role of Assistant Dean of Education at the University of Saskatchewan. This is a permanent position that offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package.
Key Responsibilities- Provide academic leadership and support to the faculty and students in the department of education.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the effective delivery of educational programs.
- Collaborate with other departments and units to promote interdisciplinary research and education.
- Supervise and mentor faculty members and staff to ensure the highest standards of teaching and research.
- Develop and manage budgets to ensure the efficient use of resources.
- Master's degree in education or a related field.
- Experience in academic administration, preferably in a higher education setting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
