We are seeking a highly qualified individual to fill the role of Assistant Dean of Education at the University of Saskatchewan. The successful candidate will have a Master's degree and relevant experience in education administration.
Work SettingThe ideal candidate will be willing to relocate to Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, and will have a strong commitment to creating an inclusive and accessible work environment.
Responsibilities- Provide education and training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers
- Develop and implement policies to support persons with disabilities
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a diverse and inclusive work environment
- Manage and coordinate education programs and services
- Develop and implement strategies to support employee well-being and engagement
