At Slave Lake Cleaning, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cleaning Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cleaning services, ensuring that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to maintain our high standards.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of cleaning services and identify opportunities for cost savings.
  • Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with our maintenance team to ensure that all facilities are properly maintained and repaired.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
