Responsibilities:
- Event Planning and Coordination: Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing Wellness-related events and campaigns throughout the year, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality outcomes.
- Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with the Marketing Coordinator to develop and implement effective marketing strategies for events and initiatives, leveraging various channels to reach a wider audience.
- Partnerships and Collaborations: Work closely with the Outreach Coordinator to identify and pursue opportunities for event and campaign collaborations, fostering strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Event Supervision: Be present to supervise and run all Wellness events, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for attendees.
- Communication and Teamwork: Maintain strong communication within the team, providing regular updates and ensuring a cohesive approach to event planning and execution.
- Team Meetings: Attend weekly team meetings to stay informed, provide input, and contribute to the overall success of the team.
Requirements:
