Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field
  • Seven years' experience in healthcare leadership, including two years at the supervisory/management level
  • Current registration with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM)
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and delegate
  • Knowledge of a multidisciplinary team approach and cultural humility
