Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care services
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and experience
- Collaborate with other healthcare teams and stakeholders to advance the health and wellbeing of our communities
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies
- Provide leadership and guidance to staff to promote a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field
- Seven years' experience in healthcare leadership, including two years at the supervisory/management level
- Current registration with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM)
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and delegate
- Knowledge of a multidisciplinary team approach and cultural humility
