Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and manage multiple internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Ensure effective communication and stakeholder management throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor and control project progress, identifying and addressing any deviations from the plan.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project charters, integrated plans, and status reports.
  • Provide regular project status updates to senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in IT project management, with a focus on technology and software projects.
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including waterfall and agile.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in the banking and financial industry.
  • Knowledge of infrastructure and cloud technologies.

Education:

  • Undergraduate degree in a related field, such as computer science, engineering, or business administration.
